The role

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of Data Analytics to lead the organisation’s digital measurement, marketing intelligence, and insights agenda for Norton Motorcycles Global business. This role brings together data and actions across our customer journey stages and enables the organisation with data backed insights and decision making, keeping the customer in the centre.

The ideal candidate will unify data across digital marketing, research engagement, CRM, dealer actions and experience into actionable insights, driving lead conversion, marketing ROI, and customer lifetime value.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing Norton Motorcycles' global analytics and insights strategy
  • Building a connected view of the customer journey across digital marketing, CRM, dealers, bookings, retail, and ownership
  • Driving performance marketing and lead analytics, optimising conversion from enquiry through to retail
  • Developing advanced attribution models that connect online engagement to real-world sales outcomes
  • Delivering actionable customer, campaign, and market insights that influence executive decision-making
  • Creating a Customer 360 framework and enabling personalised engagement strategies
  • Driving experimentation, CRO, and data-led optimisation across customer touchpoints
  • Enhancing dealer and retail funnel visibility across global markets
  • Leveraging customer experience and lifecycle insights to improve retention, loyalty, and lifetime value
  • Leading and developing a high-performing global team of analysts and data scientists

Key Skills & Competencies

  • 15+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, or Data Strategy
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing analytics, customer journeys, and funnel optimisation
  • Strong understanding of attribution modelling and online-to-offline conversion measurement
  • Experience working with martech and adtech ecosystems
  • Advanced analytical capabilities including SQL, data modelling, statistical analysis, and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to transform data into strategic business outcomes
  • Experience partnering with senior global stakeholders and influencing executive decision-making
