The Role
The Global Marketing Campaign Manager sits at the intersection of insight, creativity, and commercial performance. Responsible for developing and delivering integrated global marketing campaigns, this role will shape campaign direction, coordinate execution across markets, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, regional marketing teams, and an ecosystem of agency partners, you will deliver campaigns that strengthen Norton’s premium positioning while enabling sales organisations to achieve tangible commercial results. Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated global campaign strategies for product launches, brand initiatives, and commercial marketing programmes.
- Create clear and inspiring creative briefs aligned to brand values, customer insights, and business objectives.
- Define campaign success measures and provide comprehensive reporting on effectiveness, learnings, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage a network of agency partners across creative, media, digital, PR, and experiential disciplines.
- Drive the development of impactful 360° campaigns that maintain global consistency while allowing for local market adaptation.
- Ensure agency partners deliver innovative, high-quality work that reflects Norton’s premium brand positioning.
- Oversee creative development and production workflows across all campaign touchpoints, including retailer toolkits, digital content, social media assets, experiential activations, and launch materials.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and agency producers to ensure all outputs reflect Norton’s premium design language and world‑class standards.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout campaign delivery.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, PR & Communications, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to align campaign strategies and objectives.
- Act as the central point of coordination, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned on campaign vision, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build strong relationships across the business to secure engagement and support for campaign initiatives.
- Work closely with regional marketing teams across Europe, India, and North America to adapt global campaigns for local market relevance.
- Provide campaign toolkits, creative assets, and strategic guidance to support regional activations.
- Balance local insights and cultural nuances with the need to maintain brand consistency and integrity globally.
- Balance long‑term brand‑building objectives with short‑term performance marketing goals.
- Define, monitor, and optimise campaign KPIs across brand health metrics, audience engagement, lead generation, and sales performance.
- Use customer, market, and performance insights to inform future campaign strategies and in‑flight optimisation.
- Manage campaign budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
- Demonstrate campaign ROI and commercial impact through robust performance reporting.
- Lead post‑campaign reviews and embed learnings into future planning and processes.
- Ensure all campaign assets and communications meet Norton’s premium brand standards.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and legal requirements across all operating markets.

Essential Experience/Skills
- 7–10+ years’ experience in global or regional marketing campaign management, brand marketing, or integrated communications.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions.
- Proven success leading complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution and measurement.
- Experience within automotive, luxury, premium consumer goods, lifestyle, or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders within a matrixed global organisation.
- Experience using consumer insights, market intelligence, and campaign analytics to inform decision‑making.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing channels, including digital, social media, CRM, broadcast, experiential, PR, retail, and print.
- Strong understanding of creative development and production processes.
- Ability to manage agencies and internal teams to deliver premium‑quality creative work at scale.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and inspire internal teams and agency partners alike.
- Experience working across international markets, particularly Europe, North America, and Asia/India.
