The Role

We are seeking a highly proactive and commercially minded Digital Commerce Manager to support and accelerate the Alternative Revenue business across accessories, merchandise and apparel. This is a hands‑on operational role responsible for the day‑to‑day management, performance and continuous improvement of our e‑commerce ecosystem. Core focus areas include Shopify operations, Channel Partner System (Dealer Portal) management, international storefront development, product content accuracy, fulfilment coordination and operational process enhancement. This position plays a central role in strengthening Norton’s omnichannel capabilities and scaling our dealer‑facing digital ecosystem. Working closely with the D&AI team, the role turns strategic initiatives into practical execution, ensuring a premium and seamless experience for customers, dealers, and partners.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Shopify daily
  • Maintain product data, imagery, descriptions and assets in collaboration with the D&AI team
  • Ensure accuracy across pricing, availability and merchandising
  • Maintain collections, navigation, landing pages and customer journey flows
  • Monitor site performance and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Support trading campaigns, promotions and product launches
  • Own the end‑to‑end customer journey from landing page to checkout
  • Analyse behaviour data and address friction points
  • Improve usability, product discovery and conversion
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative to ensure premium online presentation
  • Support the development and rollout of omnichannel commerce initiatives with the D&AI team
  • Contribute to omnichannel transformation projects across customer and dealer touchpoints
  • Support continuous evolution of dealer portals and partner systems
  • Assist with international storefront launches (India, USA, Europe)
  • Help define scalable workflows, processes and operating standards
  • Support digital experience enhancement across the dealer portal
  • Maintain accuracy of pricing, content, product specifications and imagery
  • Improve usability and effectiveness of dealer‑facing digital tools
  • Gather and act on partner feedback to strengthen engagement and efficiency
  • Own product information governance across all digital channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across customer and partner touchpoints
  • Coordinate product launches, assortment updates and content refreshes
  • Improve accuracy, speed and operational efficiency through better processes
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and customer service teams
  • Support fulfilment processes, stock flow and customer communication
  • Build scalable operational processes as volumes grow
  • Ensure alignment between front‑end trading activity and back‑end execution
  • Plan product logistics routes in collaboration with 3PL partners
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements proactively
  • Build operational discipline and structure across digital commerce
  • Develop reporting and tracking mechanisms to support visibility and accountability
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, workflows and customer experience
  • Monitor online sales, trading KPIs and operational metrics
  • Support revenue growth across accessories, merchandise and alternative revenue categories
  • Assist with promotional planning, trading calendar execution and seasonal launches
  • Analyse data to recommend actions that improve sales and efficiency

  • Strong experience managing Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms
  • Background in premium retail, automotive, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands
  • Experience in digital merchandising and e‑commerce operations
  • Strong product content and online trading experience
  • Understanding of customer journeys and conversion optimisation
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
