The Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing regional marketing strategies in secondary (distribution markets) to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive/motorcycle consumer behaviour and the competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will report to the Country Manager - Secondary Markets and work closely with dealership teams, sales departments, and corporate marketing to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Marketing Manager – EU to develop and deliver local and regional marketing plans that drive brand growth and customer acquisition, in line with Head Office strategy.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform decision‑making.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to design and execute effective, localised marketing campaigns aligned with EU and Head Office guidelines.
  • Plan and manage local and regional advertising, promotional activity, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners, supporting and enabling their local marketing efforts.
  • Lead the coordination of event sponsorships, trade shows, and community engagement activities.
  • Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and compliance with corporate marketing standards.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximise return on investment (ROI).
  • Work with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers to deliver high‑quality marketing execution.

Personal Specification

  • 6+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within the automotive, motorcycle, or a closely related consumer‑led industry.
  • Mandatory experience within the Secondary (Distributions) Regions.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support regional and dealer‑led initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing regional or multi‑location marketing activity across diverse markets.
  • Strong hands‑on experience across CRM, dealer marketing, digital marketing, social media, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Proven track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
