School Cleaner - Required January 2026
All year round (not term time only) / permanent contract @ £12.85 per hour
Salary range: £24,796 - £25,185
10 hrs per week (Actual salary pro rata range)
Monday - Friday 3.30pm - 5.30pm
School holiday opening / closing hours - cleaning hours can be completed anytime when the school is open - from 7.00am - 4.30pm (4.00pm on Fridays)
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and motivated person to join our team performing a range of cleaning tasks and duties as directed by the school:
- To ensure that the required standards and quality levels are maintained.
- To use all cleaning materials and equipment in a safe and proper manner in accordance with the instructions and procedures determined by the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership.
- To complete all appropriate records and documentation as required.
- To complete online training as required.
- To ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and security regulations.
- To carry out such other duties as are required and as are commensurate with the grade of the post.
