We are seeking to appoint a highly inspirational, experienced teacher who has the skills to lead our outstanding, high achieving Sixth Form and to be a member of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). We have a thriving Sixth Form with over 400 students spread across our two MSN campuses. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive community that is student focused, embraces differences and celebrates diversity. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic educator to make a significant impact within a thriving Sixth Form. This person provides strategic leadership and management for the Key Stage 5 (KS5) provision. As a member of the SLT, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of student achievement, personal development, and welfare, while positioning the Sixth Form as a centre of academic excellence and a destination of choice.

MNSP Sixth Form serves Midsomer Norton, Radstock and the surrounding rural area where there is an abundance of attractive and affordable housing. The school is on the edge of the Mendips but close to Bath, Bristol, Frome and Wells.
