We are looking for an experienced educator to join our Leadership Team and elevate the development and improvement of our academic and pastoral standards. Working closely with the Headteacher, this role focuses on upholding high academic and pastoral standards by overseeing student behaviour, attendance, and uniform, while managing interventions and action plans for Key Stage 4 attainment. You will lead the school's inclusion strategy - including the line management of SENCO and Pupil Premium leads. Additionally, the position involves considerable involvement in the pastoral system to ensure a supportive and disciplined learning environment.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist the Headteacher as required
  • Support all other aspects of leadership where required by the Headteacher
  • Lead on academic and pastoral standards and inclusion
  • Manage standards around uniform and the school environment
  • School Self Evaluation (shared)
