We are seeking to appoint a highly inspirational teacher to join our outstanding high achieving Sixth Form. We have a thriving Sixth Form with over 400 students spread across our two MSN campuses. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive community that is student focused, embraces differences and celebrates diversity. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic educator to make a significant impact within a thriving Sixth Form.

This person will be working in conjunction with the Director and Deputy Director of the Sixth Form and Sixth Form Administrators across all our campuses.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Post-16 SEND provision
  • Liaising with departments and parents/carers
  • Developing comprehensive student profiles
  • Conducting annual reviews to ensure that individual learning needs are consistently met within the classroom

  • To be able to demonstrate visionary leadership, drive and ambition
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and prioritise tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Display excellent interpersonal skills
