We are looking for an experienced teacher to join our Leadership Team and spearhead our student support and safeguarding strategy. This person will lead the strategic oversight of personal development/inclusion and safeguarding including overall DSL responsibility across the school. Norton Hill School is part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership which regularly promotes collaboration and sharing of expertise with other secondary and primary schools focused on school improvement and pupil outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Headteacher as required
  • General duties of SLT
  • Support all other aspects of leadership where required by the Headteacher
  • DSL and Safeguarding
  • School Self Evaluation (shared)
