We are looking for an experienced teacher to join our Leadership Team and spearhead our student support and safeguarding strategy. This person will lead the strategic oversight of personal development/inclusion and safeguarding including overall DSL responsibility across the school. Norton Hill School is part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership which regularly promotes collaboration and sharing of expertise with other secondary and primary schools focused on school improvement and pupil outcomes. Norton Hill is a forward‑thinking, high‑performing and leading‑edge school that provides its students with the confidence and skills to play a full and active part in a rapidly changing world. Responsibilities

- Support all other aspects of leadership where required by the Headteacher
