Set within magnificent grounds, Norton Grange is a beautiful, coastal, 202‑bedroom chalet village with a theatre, purpose‑built leisure facilities, a restaurant, and award‑winning gardens that feature beautiful views of the Solent. It’s close to the port of Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight.

What will I be doing?
- Overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are properly organised and prepared for service.
- Supervising and training junior chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Ensuring food safety standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques.
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to meet financial targets.
- Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and responding to guest feedback.
