Set within magnificent grounds, Norton Grange is a beautiful, coastal, 202-bedroom chalet village with a theatre, purpose-built leisure facilities, a restaurant, and award-winning gardens that feature beautiful views of the Solent. It's close to the port of Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight.

Salary: £31,000

What will I be doing?

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are properly organised and prepared for service.
  • Supervising and training junior chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Ensuring food safety standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to meet financial targets.
  • Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and responding to guest feedback.
