Job Title: Internal Technical Recruiter (FTC – 3 Months)

Salary: £45,000 per annum (pro rata)

Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (3 months)

Location: London Hybrid

Reports To: Head of Talent / HR Manager

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Internal Technical Recruiter to join one of our client's for an internal/ on site role. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract to support a critical hiring push across our technical departments. You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process for roles in IT, Product and data. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver fast, high-quality results in a short time frame.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including engineering, DevOps, QA, and product
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define requirements, and align on hiring processes
  • Source and engage candidates through direct outreach, job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical fit and motivation
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics
  • Ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience from application to offer
  • Deliver regular updates and insights to hiring managers and People team stakeholders

Requirements

Essential:

  • 2+ years’ experience recruiting for technical roles (agency or in-house)
  • Confident sourcing for hard-to-fill roles in tech, including passive candidates
  • Experience using modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short timelines

Desirable:

  • Experience in an in house recruitment team.
  • Understanding of DE&I best practices in hiring
  • Familiarity with basic technical concepts (e.g., front-end vs. back-end, cloud, agile)
