Location: London (Hybrid twice a week, but flexible)
Salary: Permanent up to £120,000 per annum
About the Role
You will define and own the Workday product vision and roadmap, leading a dedicated product team and working closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and the wider business. Your expertise in Workday configuration, Agile delivery, and HR processes will be key to delivering strategic objectives and embedding continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to business and people strategy.
- Lead a cross-functional product team delivering Workday enhancements and new modules, overseeing bi-annual releases.
- Manage backlog prioritisation, user story approval, and release planning.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product team, IT, and third-party suppliers.
- Map colleague journeys and value streams to capture product requirements and outcomes.
- Drive adoption, embedding, and continuous evolution of Workday within the organisation.
- Manage product budget and resource planning.
- Own BAU processes, system documentation, and operating models.
- Manage and develop the HR Workday Product team.
Experience & Skills Required
- Solid experience as a Product Owner.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Experience designing and delivering business process improvements and efficiencies.
- Understanding of Workday security setup and integrations.
- Proven track record transitioning Workday implementations from greenfield to BAU.
- Ability to manage release cycles, stakeholder communication, and change governance.
- Experience managing and developing a team of analysts.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including Workday configuration and data issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
