We're supporting a growing organisation looking for an experienced 2nd line / Systems Engineer to join their internal technology team. This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of Microsoft 365 administration, Azure services, endpoint management and day-to-day IT operations.

Working within a small team, you'll act as the senior technical escalation point while helping to modernise and improve the overall IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune and SharePoint
  • Act as the technical escalation point for complex support and infrastructure issues
  • Manage user lifecycle, Conditional Access policies, MFA and security controls
  • Support device management through Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
  • Maintain DNS, email security and cloud infrastructure services
  • Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Assist with infrastructure projects, platform governance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
