We are seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) Expert specialising in Event & Order Management for a consulting customer of ours. In this high-visibility role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and deep technical execution. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and commercial excellence leaders while remaining hands-on to build scalable, cutting-edge solutions on the Salesforce native platform.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Advisory: Provide architectural direction and strategic guidance on Salesforce LSC capabilities, specifically optimising the Event Management and Order Management modules.
- Hands-on Implementation: Lead and execute core configuration, development, flow automation, and data modelling within complex, enterprise-level Salesforce environments.
- Business Alignment: Translate complex Pharmaceutical business processes (including compliance, medical events, speaker bureaus, and field sales ordering) into scalable technical designs.
- Governance & Code Review: Review solution designs, configurations, and customisations to ensure strict adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and life sciences regulatory requirements.
- Integration Strategy: Oversee the data models, reporting structures, and integrations connecting LSC to broader enterprise ERP and data warehouse landscapes.
- Salesforce Platform Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, security architecture, advanced Flows, and custom development.
