Key Responsibilities
- System Evolution: Lead the configuration, integration, and upgrade cycles across the SaaS portfolio to ensure seamless performance.
- Business Translation: Partner with business stakeholders to gather complex requirements and translate them into robust, workable technical solutions.
- Documentation Excellence: Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including Service Designs and technical workflows.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply Agile and DevSecOps principles to streamline delivery and enhance system security.
