We are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join a fast-paced digital transformation programme. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and technical specialists to gather requirements, improve business processes, and support the delivery of digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and digital transformation.
  • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, user journeys, and gap analyses.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.
  • Assist with change management, training materials, and adoption activities where required.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering digital, web, mobile, or customer-facing technology projects.
  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
  • Ability to create user stories, process maps, wireframes, and functional specifications.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Visio, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams including business, technology, and third-party suppliers.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within digital transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and service design principles.
