My client, a large financial services company, is looking for an experienced Senior User Experience Designer with a strong UX foundation to work on a large banking programme. This role will play a key part in shaping customer‑centric journeys, designing intuitive flows, and improving digital experiences across lending products.

The ideal Senior UX Designer will have recent banking experience.

What You'll Do
  • Lead UX design across end‑to‑end journeys for commercial lending products.
  • Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs aligned to programme objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders across commercial banking.
  • Run discovery activities including user research, insight gathering, and usability testing.
  • Translate complex financial/lending requirements into simple, elegant digital experiences.
  • Support strategy and design thinking across the broader Commercial Banking design environment.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Senior‑level Product Designer with strong UX and some UI experience.
  • Prior experience in Financial Services, ideally Commercial Banking or Lending.
  • Strong with end‑to‑end product design: research - UX - UI - prototyping - validation.
  • Ability to work in agile, cross‑functional squads.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and experience in regulated environments.
