My client, a large financial services company, is looking for an experienced Senior User Experience Designer with a strong UX foundation to work on a large banking programme. This role will play a key part in shaping customer‑centric journeys, designing intuitive flows, and improving digital experiences across lending products.
The ideal Senior UX Designer will have recent banking experience.
What You'll Do- Lead UX design across end‑to‑end journeys for commercial lending products.
- Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs aligned to programme objectives.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders across commercial banking.
- Run discovery activities including user research, insight gathering, and usability testing.
- Translate complex financial/lending requirements into simple, elegant digital experiences.
- Support strategy and design thinking across the broader Commercial Banking design environment.
- Senior‑level Product Designer with strong UX and some UI experience.
- Prior experience in Financial Services, ideally Commercial Banking or Lending.
- Strong with end‑to‑end product design: research - UX - UI - prototyping - validation.
- Ability to work in agile, cross‑functional squads.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and experience in regulated environments.
