Are you a Salesforce Developer who enjoys building high-quality solutions and is ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team, with a clear opportunity to progress into a Technical Lead role. You’ll remain hands‑on in design and development while gradually taking on more ownership of solution design, technical decision‑making, and mentoring within the team. This role offers the chance to work on complex, enterprise‑scale Salesforce implementations, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, product‑based solutions that make a real impact. You’ll be supported with structured career progression, training and development, and flexible benefits to suit your needs. The role requires travel to our London office at least once per month.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing, configuring, and developing Salesforce solutions across enterprise‑level projects.
  • Translating business requirements into well‑designed, scalable technical solutions.
  • Building and enhancing functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with external REST APIs.
  • Taking increasing ownership of technical design decisions, with support from senior leadership.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior developers as you grow into a technical leadership role.
  • Contributing to solution shaping and, over time, supporting pre‑sales and proposal activities.
  • Ensuring high standards of code quality, security, and delivery best practice.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Developer working in complex or enterprise environments.
  • Solid expertise in Apex (including triggers, controllers, and asynchronous processing).
  • Proven experience building with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Service Cloud, including Case Management, Knowledge, and Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW).
  • Good understanding of secure data access models and experience working with Salesforce Shield or similar security features.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (with PDII and Service Cloud Consultant a strong advantage).

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or Salesforce Private Connect.
  • Previous exposure to UK public sector or secure government projects.
  • A desire to move into a Technical Lead role over time, taking on more responsibility for solution design and team leadership.
