We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design and deliver modern, cloud-based CRM solutions. This role is ideal for a hands‑on technical expert who enjoys building data‑driven, customer engagement platforms using Microsoft’s Power Platform, Azure, and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize cloud-based solutions using Dynamics 365 modules including Customer Insights, Customer Service, and Marketing
  • Configure and extend Customer Insights for segmentation, data unification, and analytics
  • Build and manage Power Automate workflows and Power Platform integrations
  • Develop and customize solutions using C#, .NET, and Dataverse
  • Integrate external systems using REST APIs and cloud services
  • Build dashboards and reporting using Power BI
  • Support and enhance AI‑driven analytics and models using Microsoft AI tools

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM in cloud environments
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET, Dataverse, and custom APIs
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Solid understanding of Azure services and integration patterns
  • Proven experience building data‑driven CRM solutions

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, AI Builder, and Microsoft Fabric
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 and MB-260
