We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build and scale secure, high-performing cloud infrastructure supporting innovative energy and sustainability solutions. This is an opportunity to work within a forward-thinking energy client focused on automation, scalability, and modern engineering practices, enabling development teams to deliver faster and more reliably.
The Role
You will play a key role in designing and improving cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation, working closely with engineering teams to ensure robust, secure, and efficient delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Azure infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Support containerised environments using Kubernetes and Helm
- Implement observability and monitoring using tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Azure Monitor
- Support secure environments using tools such as Azure Key Vault, HashiCorp Vault, Okta
- Contribute to microservices and event-driven architectures (Kafka beneficial)
Key Skills Required
- Strong experience with Azure cloud environments
- Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience working with Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability tooling
