We’re looking for an experienced UX Design Lead to join a major UK transformation programme supporting large-scale enterprise services. This is an opportunity to work across complex, high-impact programmes where user-centred design is helping shape the future of critical infrastructure. This will be Hybrid, Inside IR35, circa £500-£600 depending on experience.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivery partners and senior stakeholders to improve digital experiences, establish UX standards and help drive organisational UX maturity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead UX activity across large transformation programmes and multiple workstreams
  • Drive user-centred design practices across research, discovery, design and evaluation
  • Create and review artefacts including journey maps, personas, wireframes, prototypes and service blueprints
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across business and technical teams
  • Govern and quality assure UX outputs delivered by third-party vendors and delivery partners
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience operating as a senior UX Lead within large enterprise or transformation environments
  • Background working across complex, multi-vendor delivery programmes
  • Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on with UX delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of UX governance, research and design best practices
