We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruitment Consultant to join our growing recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in technology and recruitment, who wants to kick-start their career in IT recruitment. As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained and mentored to help identify, engage, and place candidates in various IT roles as well as identifying new client opportunities in the markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates for IT positions across various sectors.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone conversations to assess candidate qualifications and fit for client requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and manage job postings across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Support the senior recruitment team with interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and offer management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Learn about the latest trends in the IT industry to better understand client needs and match candidates with the right roles.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet client requirements and deliver high-quality results.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining candidate records and recruitment reports.
- No previous experience required, though any exposure to IT recruitment would be highly beneficial.
- An interest in technology and the IT industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships over the phone and in person.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online recruitment platforms is a plus.
