My client, a leading AI Company, is searching for a hands-on QA Lead / Manager to lead the testing strategy whilst remaining hands-on. The client is a growing, dynamic AI company at the forefront of machine learning innovation. They’re now searching for a QA Lead / Manager who thrives in smaller, agile teams and loves solving complex testing challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the QA efforts across multiple AI-focused projects, from strategy to execution
- Writing and maintaining automated tests using Python & Playwright
- Getting stuck in with manual testing when deadlines are tight and quick feedback is crucial
- Championing BDD practices and fostering collaboration between product, engineering, and QA
Skills needed:
