We're working with a globally recognised entertainment and media organisation that is looking for an organised and proactive Project Delivery Coordinator to join their IT Change & PMO function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a role where they'll support large-scale technology programmes while also taking ownership of smaller projects from planning through to delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating multiple IT and business change projects simultaneously
  • Managing project plans, milestones, RAID logs and delivery schedules
  • Supporting technology upgrades, migrations and operational change initiatives
  • Producing project reporting, dashboards and governance documentation
  • Coordinating workshops, stakeholder meetings and steering actions
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers
  • Helping drive projects from planning through to successful delivery

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience coordinating IT, technology or transformation projects
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery environments
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
