The Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading global media organisation to recruit a Project Coordinator to join their Operations function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional to support the delivery of multiple business-critical projects across a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Working closely with operational teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of operational projects across the business.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and reporting trackers.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal processes.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist with resource planning and scheduling activities.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and project governance materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and project delivery practices.
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and organisation.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support, PMO Analyst, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar would be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
