We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join a leading global insurance business on a 3-month contract (initially). You’ll be working on a key digital transformation initiative, shaping intuitive and elegant experiences across complex enterprise platforms. This will be circa 500-515 per day, Inside IR35, Hybrid London (twice a week) and starting asap.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead user research - interviews, surveys, usability testing, and heuristic reviews to uncover real user needs and behaviours.
  • UX - Translate insights into seamless design solutions. Creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Review and refine existing UI deliverables, aligning them with best practice and modern UX principles.
  • Contribute to and advocate for the organisation’s design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

What you’ll bring:

  • Prior experience with SAP user interface design (e.g., Fiori design principles, SAP Build, or related tools) would be a significant advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Experience conducting User Research such as Interviews, Surveys etc.
  • Solid UX expertise with a deep understanding of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles and user-centred design.
  • Extensive UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing successful execution of various design artifacts, including information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
  • Experience in Insurance would be ideal.
