We are working with a world leading consultancy, who are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
This role is responsible for defining end-to-end solution designs across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices and platform standards.
- Translate business and functional requirements into detailed Salesforce solution designs.
- Define data models, security and sharing models, automation strategies (Flows), and configuration approaches.
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, governance standards, and performance considerations.
- Support delivery teams throughout build, testing, and deployment phases, providing architectural oversight and issue resolution.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, sharing & security model, and automation tools (Flows). Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional project teams.
