Norton Blake is partnering with a market-leading digital enterprise to secure an experienced Workfront Fusion Consultant. In this role, you will lead the design, architecture, and deployment of mission-critical integrations across the Adobe Experience Cloud and core business applications.

As a Workfront Fusion Consultant, you will be the driving force behind automating enterprise business and marketing operations. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, transforming manual processes into seamless, high-performing integration scenarios using Adobe Workfront Fusion, REST APIs, and custom logic.
📋 What You’ll Do
- Architecture & Delivery: Design, build, and optimize scalable Workfront Fusion scenarios to automate end-to-end enterprise workflows.
- Ecosystem Integration: Connect Adobe Workfront with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms as well as core third-party applications (Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, etc.).
- Technical Orchestration: Configure advanced data mappings, webhooks, triggers, error-handling routines, and data transformations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate directly with technical leads, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Proactively troubleshoot integration bottlenecks, optimize scenario execution, and maximize system performance.
- Documentation: Produce clear technical documentation, deployment plans, and knowledge-transfer guides for ongoing operational excellence.
🔑 What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in hands-on Adobe Workfront Fusion implementation, integration, and automation architecture.
- Deep Expertise in Workfront PPM: Strong mastery of Workfront Project & Portfolio Management alongside Fusion capabilities.
- Integration & Development Stack:
- Advanced experience with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and enterprise iPaaS/Automation tools.
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript basics, workflow logic, and complex data mapping.
- Adobe Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud (experience with AEM, AJO, or RTCDP is highly preferred).
- Agile Delivery: Hands-on experience delivering technical solutions within an Agile/Scrum environment.
