We are seeking a Senior Mendix Developer to deliver enterprise-grade applications exclusively on the Mendix low-code platform. This is a client-facing role requiring close collaboration with client business and technology teams throughout the application lifecycle.
The role focuses on Mendix application development, UI configuration, and deployment within Mendix-managed environments, ensuring solutions meet client requirements, governance standards, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with client business and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into Mendix solutions
- Participate in client workshops, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies
- Provide technical input on feasibility, design trade-offs, and delivery timelines
- Support client reviews, demos, UAT, and production readiness activities
- Develop applications entirely using the Mendix platform (Mendix Studio Pro)
- Build responsive user interfaces using Mendix native components and Atlas UI
- Configure domain models, microflows, nanoflows, and business logic within Mendix
- Apply Mendix best practices for performance, maintainability, and scalability
- Deploy and manage applications across Mendix-specific environments (Development, Test, Acceptance, Production)
- Configure application security, environment variables, and runtime settings within Mendix
- Support release planning, deployments, and post-release stabilization
- Perform unit testing and support system and UAT testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using Mendix logs and tools
- Ensure solutions align with client standards, security, and governance requirements
