My client, a large financial services company, is looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer with a strong UX foundation to work on a lending programme. This role will play a key part in shaping customer-centric journeys, designing intuitive flows, and improving digital experiences across lending products. This will be a start in January, Inside IR35, Hybrid London and circa £500-525 per day.
What You'll Do
- Lead UX design across end-to-end journeys for commercial lending products.
- Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs aligned to programme objectives.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders across commercial banking.
- Run discovery activities, including user research, insight gathering, and usability testing.
- Translate complex financial/lending requirements into simple, elegant digital experiences.
- Support strategy and design thinking across the broader Commercial Banking design environment.
Key Skills & Experience
- Senior-level Product Designer with strong UX bias.
- Prior experience in Financial Services, ideally Commercial Banking or Lending.
- Strong with end-to-end product design: research, UX, UI, prototyping, validation.
- Ability to work in agile, cross-functional squads.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and experience in regulated environments.
