We're supporting a major financial services client on a large-scale Procurement Transformation programme and are looking to engage experienced Procurement SMEs to support the solution design. This is an opportunity to shape the future-state procurement function for a global enterprise, helping define operating models, processes, governance, and technology strategy across the Source-to-Pay landscape. This will be initially a 6 month contract / Inside IR35 and Hybrid in London.

What you'll be doing:

  • Advising on end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation
  • Assessing current procurement processes and identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Defining future-state procurement operating models
  • Providing SME input across supplier onboarding, sourcing, contracts, risk management and purchasing
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams and technology architects

Experience we're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering Procurement Transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
  • Experience designing procurement operating models and governance frameworks
  • Knowledge of supplier lifecycle management, third-party risk and contract management
  • Previous experience within Banking, Financial Services or other highly regulated environments
  • Consulting, advisory or transformation background preferred

Technology exposure:

  • Experience with one or more of the following:
  • SAP Ariba
  • SAP S/4HANA Procurement
  • Coupa Risk Assess
  • Sirion Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
