Procurement Manager, 6 months, London/Hybrid, £600 – £650/day (Inside IR35)
My client, a leading retail bank are currently looking to hire a Procurement Manager with technology category expertise to join them on an initial 6 month contract.
This role will fall inside IR35 and some office work in their Central London office will be needed.
Skills / Experience;
– Technology category expertise across software, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, including an understanding of licensing models and emerging tech trends.
– Strategic sourcing and negotiation skills with a proven record of delivering commercial value in tech categories
– Supplier relationship and performance management, particularly for complex technology vendors, including SLAs, KPIs, and risk/issue management.
– Strong understanding of technology risk, data protection, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant and secure supplier engagements (e.g., InfoSec, cyber resilience, data processing considerations).
– Ability to partner effectively with Technology, Cyber, Architecture, and Legal teams to drive demand management, shape requirements, and support major transformation initiatives.
