We're looking for an experienced Test Lead / Senior QA Engineer to drive quality across complex core-banking platforms. You'll combine hands-on testing with leadership of offshore QA teams, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Location: London - hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week

Important: There is no sponsorship available. Applicants must already have the unrestricted right to work in the UK and be comfortable with the hybrid onsite requirement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and mentoring offshore QA teams
  • Owning test strategy, execution, reporting and defect triage
  • Testing Oracle Flexcube core-banking workflows end to end
  • Supporting UAT, release validation and production rollouts
  • Building and executing Web, API and Mobile automation
  • Partnering with BAs, developers and Product Owners in Agile delivery

Essential experience:

  • Strong, hands-on Oracle Flexcube testing experience
  • Core banking domain knowledge: CASA, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, GL and EOD
  • Test Lead experience within Agile/Scrum environments
  • Functional, regression, integration and system testing
  • Automation across Web, API (REST/SOAP) and Mobile
  • SQL/database testing and test-data validation
  • Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM or similar tools
