We’re currently supporting a leading banking client who are looking for an experienced UX Writer / Content Designer to join a high‑performing digital team focused on improving customer experiences across web and mobile platforms. What you’ll be doing:
- Creating user‑focused UX copy and digital content across multiple customer journeys
- Working closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers and Researchers to shape seamless digital experiences
- Using analytics, user testing and research insights to improve content performance and usability
- Ensuring all content aligns with brand tone of voice, accessibility and content design best practices
- Supporting content strategy across digital products and platforms
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer within digital environments
- Previous experience working within banking, financial services or another highly regulated/complex sector
