Are you a visionary MarTech leader who shapes strategy rather than just clearing backlogs? Norton Blake is partnering with a premier enterprise brand to appoint a senior Adobe CDP Manager. This is a high-visibility leadership role tasked with steering the architecture, implementation, and value realization of an enterprise-wide Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) ecosystem.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional "ticket-taking" position. As the Adobe CDP Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor and technical authority, driving customer profile unification, identity resolution, and omnichannel activation at scale. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, leading delivery teams and shaping data models, customer journeys, and operating frameworks that turn customer data into competitive advantage.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of AEP and Adobe RTCDP across complex enterprise environments.
  • Consultative Guidance: Provide proactive, best-practice recommendations to mature platform capabilities—guiding leadership on data strategy, governance, and architecture rather than operating purely from a task list.
  • Architecture & Data Modeling: Oversee XDM schema design, identity graph strategy, customer profile unification, and real-time audience segmentation.
  • Omnichannel Activation: Orchestrate data flows across the Adobe suite (AJO, CJA, Adobe Analytics, Target) and external marketing channels for personalized experiences.
  • Data Governance & Privacy: Establish robust data governance frameworks, ensuring strict compliance with consent management, data privacy laws, and security standards.
  • Team & Stakeholder Delivery: Lead cross-functional technical teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure project delivery aligns with scope, schedule, and strategic vision.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ Years of MarTech Expertise: Extensive background in Customer Data Platforms, data architecture, and enterprise digital transformation.
  • Adobe Stack Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), CJA, AJO, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Identity Services.
  • Proactive & Advisory Mindset: Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor, shaping data models, operating approaches, and business cases.
  • Technical Rigor: Strong hands-on background in XDM schemas, profile unification rules, identity resolution, and API-based data ingestion.
  • Certifications & Compliance: Adobe RTCDP/AEP certifications are highly advantageous, alongside deep knowledge of data privacy regulation and consent frameworks.

Key Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Successful, on-time, and on-budget execution of AEP / RTCDP rollouts.
  • Measurable gains in customer profile unification, identity match rates, and data ingestion reliability.
  • Increased audience activation, campaign effectiveness, and ROI from personalization.
  • Uncompromising data quality, privacy compliance, and system performance.
  • Accelerated platform maturity, business adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.

How to Apply

If you are a senior MarTech practitioner ready to lead a premier-tier Adobe CDP ecosystem, we would love to connect. To express your interest in confidence: Send your CV and a brief overview of your Adobe AEP/RTCDP project portfolio to Norton Blake.
