We're partnering with a rapidly expanding digital media agency to hire an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and elevate their end-to-end recruitment strategy. Working closely with the Head of People and department leads, you'll play a key role in shaping how the agency attracts, engages, and hires exceptional talent across Creative, Strategy, Client Services, Production, and Tech. What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing, sourcing, and screening to interviews and offers.
- Build strong talent pipelines for priority and future roles.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
- Craft engaging job adverts and manage postings across LinkedIn, job boards, and social channels.
- Track and report on hiring metrics, including time-to-hire and candidate quality.
- Manage relationships with external agencies where required.
- Champion DE&I across all recruitment activities.
- Support onboarding and employer brand initiatives to strengthen EVP.
What You'll Bring
- Proven in-house or agency recruitment experience - ideally within digital, creative, or media environments.
- Strong understanding of creative and digital marketing roles and how to source for them.
