Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist with strong Workday expertise to join our team. The role will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy of HR data, and providing first-line support to managers and employees. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of specific HR activities while contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new starters, leavers, transfers, and contractual changes in Workday in line with agreed processes and SLAs.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support around Workday self-service functionality.
- Manage day-to-day administration of HR queries through Workday and a ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data quality standards.
- Take a lead role in assigned HR operations areas (e.g., benefits administration, early careers administration).
- Support HR reporting, compliance, and general administration.
- Contribute to HR projects and change initiatives, helping to deliver improvements to processes and systems.
