Full Stack Python Developer (Python / HTMX), Fully Remote, Β£550 β Β£650/day (OUTSIDE IR35)
A good client of mine, a leading AI solutions company are currently looking to bring on a Full Stack Python Developer on an initial 3 month contract. This is an urgent hire for the business and will move quickly for the right candidate.
They\βre building a sophisticated platform for managing regulatory frameworks, compliance rules, and causal graph relationships using Python, FastAPI, HTMX, and Material Design 3.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years professional Python development
- 2+ years building web applications
- Strong understanding of async/await patterns
- Experience with FastAPI or similar async frameworks
- Solid HTML/CSS fundamentals (no reliance on frameworks)
- Understanding of clean architecture principles
- Experience with REST API design
- Git proficiency and PR-based workflows
- Test-driven development mindset
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with hexagonal architecture or similar patterns
- Knowledge of HTMX or similar hypermedia-driven approaches
- Understanding of domain-driven design (DDD)
- Experience with server-side rendering over SPAs
- Material Design implementation experience Accessibility (WCAG) compliance experience
- Experience with graph databases or NetworkX
