Overview

Frontend Developer, Vue.js, Contract, Remote, outside IR35. My client, a leader in the AI space, is seeking an experienced Vue.JS Frontend Developer to join and help build/enhance a Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) platform used worldwide. You\'ll be working on a modern Vue.js 3 codebase with PrimeVue and TypeScript, building AI-assisted decision-making tools and data-heavy interfaces.

This will be initially 3+ months, fully remote and outside IR35.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimise frontend features with Vue 3, PrimeVue, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
  • Work across the full development lifecycle, from design to production deployment
  • Integrate with REST APIs & FastAPI backend, enabling real-time collaboration and complex data visualisations
  • Drive AI-assisted development using Claude Code CLI, GitHub Spec Kit, and LLM APIs
  • Implement comprehensive Playwright testing (E2E, component, visual, accessibility, and performance testing)
  • Build advanced data visualisations (charts, sensitivity analysis, radar plots, interactive decision trees)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in frontend development, including 3+ years production Vue.js
  • Strong experience with TypeScript, PrimeVue/PrimeFlex, and Tailwind CSS
  • Experience with AI/LLM integration (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar APIs)
  • Background in data-heavy dashboards, mathematical UIs, or decision analysis tools
  • Experience with Playwright testing and modern CI/CD pipelines would be beneficial
