We're working with a major enterprise organisation undergoing a significant customer platform transformation and is looking for a senior Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to lead the design of how D365, Azure, and data come together to form a true Customer Intelligence platform. The ideal Dynamics 365 Architect will have led end-to-end implementations across Customer Insights, Customer Service, and Sales, with a proven ability to architect scalable, secure, and data-driven customer engagement solutions. This will be initially 6 months, London and inside IR35.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the solution architecture across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights
- Designing integration patterns between D365, Azure services, APIs, middleware, and enterprise data platforms
- Defining Dataverse data models, segmentation, identity resolution, and customer data flows
- Establishing governance, CI/CD, and environment strategy for Power Platform and D365
- Bringing AI / analytics capability into the CRM landscape (Customer Insights, AI Builder, Cognitive Services)
What we’re looking for:
- 12+ years in enterprise CRM, including 10+ years with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
- Strong expertise in Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights architecture
- Extensive experience in systems integrations, including API design, webhooks, message queues, Azure Integration Services, and data synchronization
- Proven track record delivering scalable CRM solutions across large organizations
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and integration middleware
- Strong analytical capabilities using Power BI and Customer Insights metrics
