We are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect with 16+ years of enterprise CRM and cloud solution delivery experience, bringing deep technical and functional expertise across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate has led end-to-end implementations across Customer Insights, Customer Service, and Sales, with a proven ability to architect scalable, secure, and data-driven customer engagement solutions.
You will own the solution architecture, guide design decisions, and oversee technical delivery across complex multi-cloud environments. Responsibilities include defining architecture for Customer Insights, designing data models and segmentation strategies, integrating Azure services, establishing governance frameworks, designing Sales and Service processes, and optimizing AI-driven customer analytics. You will also lead CRM integrations, ensuring robust API patterns, middleware orchestration, and end-to-end data flow consistency.
Responsibilities- Lead solution architecture and technical design for Dynamics 365 CRM, including Customer Insights, Customer Service, and Sales
- Architect enterprise-grade integration patterns across Azure, Dataverse, REST APIs, ESB/middleware, and external systems
- Design and optimize Customer Insights ingestion pipelines, unification rules, segmentation models, and predictive analytics
- Define CRM data models, automation, and business process flows across Sales and Service
- Oversee delivery teams, perform code/design reviews, and enforce architectural and integration best practices
- Build enterprise automations using Power Automate, Azure Functions, and custom connectors
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Drive AI/ML adoption using AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services, and customer intelligence features
- Support governance, DevOps, CI/CD, environment strategy, and performance optimization
- Serve as the SME for CRM strategy, integration frameworks, roadmap planning, and platform evolution
- Nice to Have: Microsoft certification: PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and advanced Customer Insights real-time analytics
