We’re hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to work on large-scale enterprise Customer Service and Field Service implementations. This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on development with solution architecture and integration design.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and customising D365 plugins, custom workflow activities, APIs, and integrations
- Building solutions across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Designing scalable Dataverse data models
- Leading Azure-based integrations (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines and managed solution deployments
- Designing event-driven and API-led architectures
- Integrating D365 with ERP systems, contact centre platforms, and IoT solutions
- Enterprise & Field Service Focus
- Security role design and enterprise governance
- Performance tuning for high-volume environments
- Environment strategy (Dev, SIT, UAT, Prod)
- Monitoring and logging frameworks
- Field Service enhancements including:
- Custom scheduling extensions
- IoT-driven predictive maintenance
- Mobile offline configuration
- Work order automation
What We’re Looking For
- 6–12 years’ experience in D365 / CRM technical development
- Strong .NET & C#
- Deep understanding of Dataverse architecture
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise D365 programmes
- Strong DevOps / CI-CD experience
- Confident working with distributed, cross-functional teams
