The successful candidate will bridge business needs and data solutions, with a strong focus on customer digital journeys, advanced analytics, and dashboard development—particularly in Power BI and Google Analytics (GA4).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Insight & Strategy: Engage stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data insights. Recommend solutions for improving data-driven decision-making.
  • Data & Dashboard Development: Build interactive dashboards using Power BI, incorporating UX/UI principles for optimal user experience. Consolidate existing reporting assets into a streamlined, efficient dashboard.
  • Customer & Market Understanding: Analyse customer digital journeys and behavioural data to gain insights into customer behaviour and market trends. Utilize tools like GA4 and BigQuery for deep analysis.
  • Web Tracking & Tagging: Lead the web tagging strategy in collaboration with Digital teams to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Collaboration & Governance: Advise teams on best practices for data analysis and visual storytelling. Work collaboratively in Agile projects and with external partners to ensure projects are successful.
  • Independence & Initiative: Take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in data analytics and visualization.

Technical Skills:

  • Essential tools: Power BI, GA4, SQL or Python (advanced)
  • Familiar with: Microsoft 365 ecosystem, BigQuery or other complex data environments
