My client, a leading digital consultancy, are currently looking to bring on a Mid-weight Product Designer on an initial 6 month contract working for one of their prestigious banking clients. Banking / financial experience is a must.

What You'll Do

  • UX design across end-to-end journeys for commercial lending products.
  • Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs aligned to programme objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders across commercial banking.
  • Run discovery activities including user research, insight gathering, and usability testing.
  • Translate complex financial/lending requirements into simple, elegant digital experiences.
  • Support strategy and design thinking across the broader Commercial Banking design environment.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Product Designer with strong UX bias.
  • 4-5 years experience.
  • Prior experience in Financial Services, ideally Commercial Banking or Lending.
  • Strong with end-to-end product design: research → UX → UI → prototyping → validation.
  • Ability to work in agile, cross-functional squads.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and experience in regulated environments.
