We’re supporting a leading luxury hospitality organisation on the search for an experienced OPERA PMS / OHIP consultant to support a major hospitality data and integration initiative. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with deep Oracle OPERA expertise who can bridge the gap between Hotel Operations and Data Engineering teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Mapping complex OPERA operational scenarios into underlying data behaviours and lifecycle states
- Acting as the SME for Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP) APIs
- Working with REST APIs, Streaming APIs, Webhooks & Postman to analyse and document integrations
- Creating detailed source-to-target mappings into enterprise Data Platforms / Data Warehouses
- Investigating and resolving data discrepancies across reservations, profiles, cashiering and operational workflows
- Collaborating with architects, engineers and business stakeholders to ensure accurate hospitality data flows
Key experience required:
- 5+ years hands-on Oracle OPERA PMS experience (v5.x & OPERA Cloud)
- Strong understanding of Reservations, Front Desk, Cashiering, Profiles, Rate Management & Night Audit
- Proven OHIP API experience
- Strong knowledge of JSON, REST APIs & Postman
- Excellent data mapping and analytical skills
- Ability to translate operational hotel processes into technical data logic
