Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Strategist to support key client engagements within our digital consultancy. The ideal contractor will help shape digital roadmaps, guide strategic decision-making, and ensure delivery teams are aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital strategies, roadmaps, and recommendations based on client goals and market insights
• Lead stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering
• Analyse customer journeys, digital performance, and competitive landscapes
• Translate strategic direction into clear briefs for design, technology, and delivery teams
• Support proposal development, pitch work, and client presentations
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on vision and execution

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital strategy within agencies or consultancies
• Strong understanding of digital products, platforms, and customer experience
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver to tight timelines
• Familiarity with analytics tools and insight-driven decision-making
