We’re supporting a major global organisation undergoing a large-scale technology transformation and are looking for a Project Manager to join a fast-paced programme team delivering change across Media Supply Chain, Cloud Services and Platform Integration.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager with experience supporting technology, systems or transformation programmes to gain exposure to complex enterprise delivery, cloud technologies, SaaS platforms and global transformation initiatives.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring teams, vendors and stakeholders remain aligned and delivery continues at pace.

The Role

Working closely with Programme Leadership, Product, Architecture and Technology teams, you will support the successful delivery of a global transformation programme spanning platform implementation, integration activity and operational change. You will be responsible for coordinating delivery activity, maintaining governance standards and supporting programme planning across multiple teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Coordination
    • Track milestones, actions, dependencies and delivery progress across multiple workstreams
    • Support programme planning, sprint activities and PI Planning cycles
    • Maintain accurate delivery plans, Jira boards, Monday.com trackers and programme documentation
    • Ensure cross-functional teams remain aligned on priorities and timelines
  • Governance & Reporting
    • Maintain RAID logs, programme reporting and key governance documentation
    • Produce concise updates for leadership and steering forums
    • Track risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring actions are followed through to completion
    • Support governance meetings and programme reviews
  • Cross-Functional Programme Support
    • Work closely with Product, Technology, Architecture and Operational teams
    • Coordinate integration and platform delivery activity across technical workstreams
    • Support third-party vendors and delivery partners to ensure progress remains on track
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Coordinate workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder meetings
    • Act as a key point of coordination between technical and non-technical teams
    • Build strong working relationships across business and technology functions
  • Process Improvement & Delivery Readiness
    • Support rollout planning, operational readiness and transition into BAU
    • Maintain clear project documentation and delivery processes
    • Contribute to continuous improvements across programme governance and delivery

Essential Experience

  • Experience supporting technology, systems or transformation programmes
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com or similar delivery tools
  • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting and delivery lifecycle

Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to cloud, SaaS, integrations or API-led programmes
  • Experience working with third-party vendors or offshore teams
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery models
  • Experience within Media, Broadcast, Streaming or digital content environments
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms or Azure-based delivery
