Murex Integration / Migration Specialist (MX.3)
London + Some Travel
We are looking for an experienced Murex Integration / Migration Specialist to support integration and migration activities across a Murex MX.3 platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on Murex experience, with a solid technical background in system integrations, data migration, transformation, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Murex and upstream/downstream systems.
- Support end‑to‑end data migration, including extraction, mapping, transformation, validation, and loading.
- Develop and maintain interfaces, data feeds, and integration workflows.
- Perform SQL‑based data analysis, reconciliation, and validation.
- Troubleshoot interface failures and complex data‑related issues.
- Support SIT/UAT, migration rehearsals, cutover, and production go‑live activities.
- Collaborate with technical, functional, architecture, and business teams.
Required Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with Murex / MX.3.
- Proven experience in Murex integration and/or migration projects.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills.
- Experience with data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation.
- Knowledge of APIs, messaging, batch processing, and file‑based interfaces.
- Scripting or automation experience.
- Experience supporting testing, migration, and production environments.
Nice to Have
- Capital markets and financial instruments knowledge.
- Front‑to‑back trading system experience.
- Large‑scale Murex transformation or upgrade programme experience.
- Migration cutover and go‑live experience.
