Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking to join a leading UK manufacturer of paper hygiene products based in Royton? We are seeking a Warehouse Manager for our paper converting site in Royton, Oldham, responsible for managing the Finished Goods and Raw Materials functions. This is a new role, working Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00, with an early finish at 16:00 on Friday!
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including goods in, goods out, and stock management.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to improve efficiency and performance.
- Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct inventory management, stock control, and audits for accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely distribution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage equipment maintenance and machinery operations.
- Handle staff scheduling and workload distribution.
